Sarah Williams joined the Oklahoma State University athletic training staff in June 2025. Her primary responsibility is providing athletic training services to the Cowgirl Basketball team.

Prior to OSU, Williams spent the 2024-2025 season as a Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of Texas Longhorns' Men's and Women's Basketball Teams. During her time, the Women's team won the SEC Regular Season Championship title as well as advanced to the Final Four.Â

A native of Andover, Massachusetts, Williams holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Allied Health from Keene State College ('22) and a masters degree in Athletic Training ('24) from West Virginia University. During her Masters, Williams worked with the Women's Tennis Team, Cheerleading, Men's and Women's Basketball, and a local high school. In between her years at WVU, Williams completed an internship with the University of Alabama Men's Basketball team and the Cleveland Browns Football Organization as an athletic training student.Â

In addition to her education, Williams currently has one publication in the Journal of Sports Medicine titled "Resilience and Well-Being Over the Course of a National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Gymnastics Season,".
Williams is a certified and licensed athletic trainer in both Oklahoma and Texas. She is also Dry Needle 1 certified and a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.Â
