A familiar face made her return to the Cowgirl program prior to the 2023-24 season as assistant coach Ashley Davis found her way back to Stillwater as a member of head coach Jacie Hoyt's coaching staff.
"Ashley was the perfect addition to round out our coaching staff. She did a great job in her previous stop here," Hoyt said. "She has tremendous experience in the Big 12 as well as recruiting at the absolute highest level the last couple years. I am positive that her experience paired with her passion for Oklahoma State athletics will help take us to new levels.”
Davis was part of OSU’s historical season in 2024-25 that saw the Cowgirls set numerous milestones while earning the program’s second NCAA berth in three seasons.
The Cowgirls racked up 25 wins on the season, the third-best total in program history and earned their second NCAA berth in three seasons under head coach Jacie Hoyt.
