Cowboy Tennis Releases Fall Schedule

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State's men's tennis team will host two events at the Greenwood Tennis Center it was revealed as the fall slate was announced by head coach Dustin Taylor.

The fall season encapsulates the individual side of competition for the Cowboys, starting on September 12th with the UTR Tulsa event and capped off by the NCAA Individual Championships starting on Nov. 18 in Orlando, Florida.Â

The Greenwood Tennis Center will play host to the Cowboy Classic from Nov. 7-9, and the UTR PTT Stillwater from Nov. 10-14. Each event will be open to the public to get a preview of the Cowboys in individual competition. More information will be released closer to the tournament dates.Â

The month of September starts with a cavalcade of Cowboys heading around Oklahoma and surrounding states for a multitude of tournaments, including stops in Tulsa, Lincoln, Fayetteville and Norman. The top event of September is the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa.

Things heat up in October, as a collection of Pokes will make a trip back to Norman for the ITA Central Regional Championships from Oct. 8-12, and then head back north to Lincoln, Nebraska, for the Lincoln ATP 75 from Oct. 13-20. The month will conclude with a trip to College Station for the UTR PTT College Station starting Oct. 27.

November sees OSU take its longest trips of the fall slate, beginning with a voyage up north to Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the ITA Sectional Championships from Nov. 6-9. During that same three-day stretch, other Cowboys will head west for the ITA Conference Masters in San Diego. After a couple of home tournaments, the qualifying Pokes will make a trip to Orlando for the NCAA Individual Championships from Nov. 18-23.
