STILLWATER – The 28th-ranked Oklahoma State women's golf team, led by sixth-year head coach Greg Robertson, heads down south for the Veritex Bank Collegiate at Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas, Texas.
The Cowgirls will tee off at Trinity Forest Golf Club, located just 10 minutes from downtown Dallas. The par 72, 6,478 yard layout will test the Cowgirls, being one of the longest courses the Cowgirls have played this season. The two days of competition will feature cooler temperatures spanning from 65 to 72 degrees with the sun being out in full force both days.
The 15-team field will take on 54 holes of stroke play competition. The Cowgirls will be paired with the host SMU and fellow Big 12 schools, UCF and Houston. There will be a shotgun start Monday at 8:45 a.m. CT.

In the Polls
· OSU is ranked 28th nationally. The tournament features a mix of top 35 teams including Big 12 rivals, No. 26 Houston and No. 30 UCF, whom they'll take on at the Big 12 Championship the following week.
· The new rankings system is compiled through Scoreboard by Clippd. The rankings are powered by a points system that accounts for course difficulty, field depth and numerous other factors.
· The Pokes were runners-up at last fall's Dale McNamara Invitational and the FAU Paradise Invitational earlier this Spring.
· At the Jackson T. Stephens Cup, OSU claimed a tie for fourth in a field with only teams ranked in the top 30. The Cowgirls followed with a fifth-place finish at the Charles Schwab Women's Collegiate Challenge, also in Fort Worth, to close out the fall.
The Lineup
· This week's lineup features a blend of youth and experience, with two upper classmen and three freshmen.
· Sophomore Marta Silchenko has been a force this spring. Coming off an injury that kept her out of competition in the fall, Silchenko hasn't let up, placing third at the Texas State Invitational and ninth at the stacked Charles Schwab Invitational two weeks ago. She ranked 109th in the nation following the performance.
· The 35th-ranked Division I golfer, Grace Kilcrease, returns to action for the Pokes. The junior has won the Carmel Cup, placed top 10 six times in a row, and broke the school record for low round with a 63 at the Schooner Fall Classic back in September.
· Freshman Summer Lee has played in every tournament this year and is back for the Veritex Bank Collegiate. The first year has won the Texas State Invitational back in February and will look to earn her fifth top 20 of the season.
· Fellow first year, Tarapath Panya, will look to continue her solid freshman campaign. Panya had the best finish in a collegiate debut by a Cowgirl since 2018 at the Dale McNamara Invitational this fall.
· Junior Thitaporn Saithip returns to the lineup for the first time since February. Saithip has already rattled off three top 5 performances this season, including a career-best tie for fourth at the FAU Paradise Invitational this spring.
· The Cowgirls will roll with a third freshman as an individual, Lucy Darr. Darr has earned valuable experience in just her first year, playing in five tournaments.
