Cowboy Tennis Trio Holds in ITA Rankings

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's men's tennis team was represented by a trio of players in the ITA's latest rankings, it was announced today.

Isaac Becroft, OSU's captain, came in at No. 87, while the Cowboys' court one pairing of Alessio Basile and Nicolas Kobelt checked in at No. 58.

Becroft is 1-1 since the last singles rankings were released. The captain picked up a win in OSU's Big 12 opener over BYU's Wally Thane, 6-1, 6-2.

The New Zealand native is 5-4, having played all his matches on court one.

Basile and Kobelt fell 10 spots after dropping consecutive matches for the first time this season. The duo is 5-3 and 1-1 against ranked foes.

OSU continues its homestand against Rice today at 5 p.m.
