OSU Indoor Track & Field heads north for Steve Miller Invitational

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field travels to Manhattan, Kan., for the second consecutive weekend to compete in the Steve Miller Invitational.
The 2025 season has already been a successful indoor campaign for the Cowboys and Cowgirls, with seven school records falling in just the first half of the season alone:
Men's Mile - Laban Kipkemboi (Dec. 7)
Men's 5,000 Meters - Brian Musau (Dec. 7)
Women's Weight Throw - Emma Robbins (Jan. 17)
Women's High Jump - Saara Hakanen (Jan. 17)
Men's 800 Meters - Hafez Mahadi (Jan. 31)
Men's 800 Meters - Mehdi Yanouri (Jan. 31)
Men's Mile - Fouad Messaoudi (Feb. 1)
The highlight event for the Cowgirls comes in the women's Weight Throw, with school record holder Emma Robbins looking to once again take down the all-time best program mark. Robbins currently ranks second in the Big 12 in the event, with teammates Johnna Orange and Rachel Neaves sitting fifth and sixth in the conference, respectively.
On the track, freshman Kalen Goodman will be competing in the 600 Yards, where she is ranked fifth in the Big 12 overall.
For the Cowboys, Sam Mason will open the festivities in the Weight Throw, where he owns the second-best mark in program history in the event and is ranked sixth in the conference, just one centimeter behind the man in front of him.
