2025 Outdoors
Opened his outdoor career with a third-place finish in the 800 Meters at the Oregon Open… Scored six points for the Cowboys in the 1,500 Meters at the Oregon Team Invitational with his fifth-place finish… Competed at both the Big 12 Outdoor Championships and NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500 Meters.

2025 Indoors
Continued his upward trajectory to the indoor season, opening up with a personal best in the Mile of 3:54.73, which was the school record at the time… Set his indoor PR of 1:48.54 in the 800 Meters at the Razorback Invitational… Took second at the Tyson Invitational in the Mile before exploding to a 3:53.29 Mile at the Arkansas Qualifier for the meet victory, which qualified him for the NCAA Championships… Won his second and third Big 12 titles in the Mile and DMR, helping the Cowboys secure a second-place finish at the conference meet as a team… Earned second team All-America honors in the Mile with his time of 3:58.72.

2024 Cross Country
Had a massive season opener at the Cowboy Jamboree, placing third overall behind only national champions Brian Musau and Habtom Samuel… Followed up that performance with a runner-up finish at the Weis-Crockett Invitational… Placed 19th at the Big 12 Championships as the Cowboys’ fifth-place scorer… Earned All-Region honors with his second-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional, helping the Cowboys win the region for the second consecutive season… Was the Cowboys’ fourth scorer at the NCAA Championships with his 107th-place finish.

2024 Indoors
Opened his Cowboy career at the Arkansas Invitational, clocking a time of 4:03.32 in the Mile for a fifth-place finish overall… Dropped an impressive mark of 3:56.04 in the Mile two weeks later at the Razorback Invitational for a second-place finish behind teammate Brian Musau… Set his personal best 3K time of 7:59.29 at the Eagle Elite Invitational in Boston… Won his first Big 12 Championship as a member of the Cowboy Distance Medley Relay and the 800 meter leg… Picked up another All-Big 12 honor in the Mile with his third-place finish.
