Cowgirl Golf moves into top 10 at Stanford Intercollegiate

PALO ALTO, Calif. – Oklahoma State women's golf continued play at the Stanford Intercollegiate on Saturday, jumping up a spot to enter the top 10.
The Cowgirls produced a 287-stroke round (+3), a four-stroke improvement on yesterday's mark. OSU now sits in 10th place at 10-over par, trailing first-place Stanford by 35 strokes heading into the tournament's final round.
An eagle on the seventh hole ignited a team-best 2-under 69 from Marta Silchenko. This marks the fifth time that No. 71-ranked Silchenko has posted a round in the 60s this year.
Ellie Bushnell added an even-par 71, marking the fifth time she's played at par-or-better through 10 rounds this season.
Tarapath Panya's even-par 36 on the back half guided her to a 2-over 73, a one-stroke improvement on yesterday's round.
Grace Kilcrease ended the day at three strokes over par with a 74.
Summer Lee shot a 75 (+4) for the second day in a row.
The Cowgirls resume play tomorrow, with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. CDT, for the event's final round.
