Cowboy Tennis Ranked Fifth in Preseason Big 12 Rankings

STILLWATER— Oklahoma State's men's tennis team was slotted fifth in the Big 12 preseason rankings.
The Cowboys notched an 18-win season in the 2023-24 campaign, highlighted by a semifinal appearance in the Big 12 Championship and a Round of 32 showing in the NCAA tournament.
OSU returns All-American Isaac Becroft, along with Francisco Pini, Alessio Basile, Derek Pham and Ty Wunderlich.
Fourth-year head coach Dustin Taylor added six newcomers to the roster: Ian Bracks, Thomas Gadecki, Ben Stecker, Finn Hopfe, Matei Onofrei and Nicolas Kobelt. He also bolstered the coaching staff with the hiring of associate head coach Sergey Avdeyev and assistant coach Max Stewart.
The Cowboys open their season at No. 16 San Diego at Noon on Jan. 18 at the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center.
