Cowgirls Set for ITA All-American Championships

STILLWATER – Four members of Oklahoma State's women's tennis team will compete in the ITA All-American Championships in Cary, N.C., beginning on Saturday.

Ange Oby Kajuru, Anastasiya Komar, Marcela Lopez and Gracie Epps will all be in action. Kajuru and Komar are slated for the main draw in singles and doubles, while Lopez and Epps will pair to play in the qualifying doubles draw and will play individually in the pre-qualifying singles draw.

In last year's ITA All-American Championships, Kajuru and Komar competed in the singles main draw, with the former advancing to the Round of 16. Komar also competed in the doubles main draw and saw her run come to an end in the quarterfinals.

The Cowgirls are coming off a successful opening weekend of their fall slate at the Battle in the Bay in San Francisco, California, where Kajuru and Komar earned the doubles title, marking their first since becoming partners. Kajuru also advanced to the singles final while Lopez fell in the semifinals.
