Cowboy Tennis Set for ITA Regional Championships

STILLWATER – Six members of the Oklahoma State men's tennis team are set to compete at the ITA Central Regional Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, beginning on October 16.
OSU's Isaac Becroft, Alessio Basile, Derek Pham, Ty Wunderlich, and Thomas Gadecki will all compete in the main draw. Ian Bracks must win his qualifying match to get into the field.
Bracks will matchup against Oral Roberts' Furkan Deniz to get into the main draw, Gadecki will open play against Nebraska Omaha's Ethan Gaubert, Pham and Wunderlich are both set to face an opponent out of the qualifying draw, and Becroft and Basile received a bye.
Qualifying play will begin on October 16 and the Main Draw is set to start the following day.
Singles finalists and doubles champions from each of the 13 regions will automatically punch their tickets to the NCAA Individual Championships later this fall. Those who fall short can still earn bids to Waco at the upcoming ITA Sectional Championships or at the ITA Conference Masters.
