Becroft Named To CSC Academic All-America First Team

STILLWATER – Isaac Becroft, a member of the Oklahoma State men's tennis team, has been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America First Team it was announced today.
Becroft retained a 4.00 cumulative GPA while majoring in finance and his selection marks the fourth time a member of the Cowboy tennis squad has received Academic All-America status. He is the second first-team selection in program history as well.
The last Cowboy to receive first-team honors was Fran Krepelka in 2002. Krepelka was a second team pick in 2001, while Oleksandr Nedovyesov was a second-team selection in 2010.
Overall, Becroft's honor extends Oklahoma State's streak of having at least one Academic All-American for the past 19 seasons, dating back to 2004-05. OSU has had 45 student-athletes named Academic All-American over the past 10 years, including 21 first-team selections.
