Morgan Day Awarded Big 12 Softball Pitcher of the Week

STILLWATER – Morgan Day is this week's Big 12 Softball Pitcher of the Week following her complete game shutout with 16 strikeouts in Oklahoma State's win over DePaul.
Day's 16 strikeouts were two shy of her career best, and the most by a Cowgirl since Jessica Hoppock in 2007.
On the season, Day holds a 3.59 ERA in 25.1 innings pitched. She has 41 strikeouts against only eight walks.
