What 2 Watch 4
• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will hit the road for the first time under the direction of head coach Jacie Hoyt on Thursday when it travels to Springfield, Mo., to face Missouri State at 6 p.m.
• Nov. 17 marks the date the program lost former head coach Kurt Budke, assistant coach Miranda Serna and supporters Olin and Paula Branstetter, who were killed in a plane crash in Arkansas in 2011.
• The Cowgirls will be looking for their first 4-0 start since the 2019-20 campaign when they started the year 5-0.
• Claire Chastain is 77 points shy of 1,0000 for her career. If and when she reaches the 1,000-point mark, that would give OSU four 1,000-point scorers on its roster.
• Lexy Keys is 10 3-pointers away from 100 for her career.
• OSU has had 10 players find the scoring column in each of its first three games
• In 12 quarters thus far, the Cowgirls have scored at least 20 points in 10 of those. OSU has scored 30-plus points in three quarters to this point as well.
• OSU has had at least four players score in double figures in each game this season and eight different players have had at least one double-digit outing.
Know The Foe
• Missouri State picked up its first win of the season on Tuesday night, taking down Saint Louis, 71-55, at home.
• The Lady Bears went 25-8 a year ago, including a 14-4 mark in league play, while collecting a First Four NCAA win over Florida State.
• Missouri State is in its first season under the direction of Beth Cunningham.
• The Lady Bears were picked to finish sixth in the Missouri Valley Conference preseason poll.
OSU—Missouri State ... The Series
• OSU holds a 10-3 advantage overall in the series.
• The Cowgirls have won six in a row after a 44-40 victory in Stillwater a year ago.
• OSU registered a 74-55 win in its last trip to Springfield on Nov. 23, 2015.
• The Cowgirls are 4-2 all time on the road in the series.
Last Time Out
• OSU reached the century mark for the first time since scoring 112 points against UL Monroe on Dec. 21, 2017.
• Claire Chastain nearly matched her previous career high (22 points) in the first half, scoring 21 before ultimately finishing with a game-high 24 points.
