• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will get the 2021-22 campaign underway on Thursday when it plays host to Southern Nazarene at 6:30 p.m.
• The tilt will be OSU's first exhibition action in two years with the Cowgirls navigating an abbreviated schedule a year ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The contest will mark OSU's lone exhibition contest of the season before getting the regular season underway on Nov. 10 when the Cowgirls play host to Colorado.

• After their 87-66 win over Emporia State in 2019, the Cowgirls have won 24 consecutive exhibition contests.
• The Cowgirls' last exhibition loss came on Nov. 14, 2003 against Northwest Sports.
• OSU is 11-0 in exhibition play under the direction of head coach Jim Littell.
• The Cowgirls have cracked the century mark on three occasions in exhibition games under Littell.
Scouting SNU
• The Crimson Storm finished with a 12-8 mark a year ago, reaching the NCAA Division II tournament for the first time in program history.
• SNU also won the Great American Conference tournament and finished with a league mark of 10-7.
• As a freshman last season, Payton Jones led the team in scoring at 14.4 points per game and was one of three players to average double figures.
Last Time Out
• The Cowgirls saw their NCAA Championship run come to an end in the second round against eventual national champion Stanford with a 73-62 setback on March 23 in San Antonio.
• OSU was led by a pair of freshmen in Neferatali Notoa and Lexy Keys. The duo made up two of OSU's three double-digit scorers with Notoa recording a team-high 14 and Keys adding 12 points.
• Natasha Mack recorded her 38th career double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
