Matchups Announced For 2019 Paradise Jam

ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands — For Oklahoma State's women's basketball team, a trio of marquee matchups will highlight the squad's appearance at the 2019 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam.
The 20th annual Paradise Jam will be held Nov. 22-30, 2019 at the University of the Virgin Islands' Sports and Fitness Center in St. Thomas. All games for the event will stream online at FloHoops.com.
The men's Paradise Jam will tip off Friday, Nov. 22, while the women's tournaments will take place Thursday, Nov. 28 through Saturday, Nov. 30 with four games each day. The women's event feature two four-team tournaments competing in round-robin play for separate tournament championships.
Oregon, Louisville, Oklahoma State and UT Arlington will compete in the Paradise Jam Island Division with daily tipoffs at 2 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Baylor, Indiana, South Carolina and Washington State will compete in the Paradise Jam Reef Division with nightly tipoffs at 6:45 p.m. and 9 p.m.
The Cowgirls will open play on Thursday, Nov. 28 against Oregon. The Ducks are coming off a 33-5 campaign and their first-ever Final Four appearance. The following day, OSU will square off with Louisville, which went 32-4 last season and made a run to the NCAA Elite Eight.
OSU will conclude the event with a Saturday contest against UT Arlington. UTA is coached by Krista Gerlich, mother of OSU rising sophomore Bryn Gerlich.
