Homecoming & Hoops Featuring Dunk Contest, 3-Point Showdown

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State will host the 13th-annual Homecoming & Hoops presented by Homeland on Friday, Oct. 18 at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
The GIA East lobby doors open at 8 p.m. and the festivities begin at 9 p.m. Admission is free, although it is a first-come, first-serve event. Floor seating is reserved and will require a wristband for entry, the 200 level is set aside for various student groups and the 300 level is general admission.
The event will include introductions of the Cowboy and Cowgirl basketball squads, an inter-squad 3-point challenge and a highly-anticipated dunk contest between Cameron McGriff, Marcus Watson, Avery Anderson and Kalib Boone.
Several homecoming awards will be handed out, and you'll also be able to see the Cowboy wrestling team, Cowboy football will make an appearance and the OSU spirit squads will be out in full force.
"America's Greatest Homecoming Celebration" offers more than two dozen events for alumni, current and prospective students, friends and family over a nine-day period. For a full list of Oklahoma State Homecoming events, please visit the OSU Alumni Association website, OrangeConnection.org.
