Two Cowboys Begin Qualifying Draw Play In Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Mathieu Scaglia and Dominik Kellovsky kicked off play to represent the Oklahoma State men's tennis team in the qualifying draw of the Arkansas Futures event on Monday. Both Cowboys received a first-round bye in the qualifying draw.
Scaglia faced off against Joshua Bortnick from the University of Arkansas in his first qualifying match and defeated him in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2. Kellovsky, also competing in the second round of the qualifying draw, defeated Nathan Han, a class of 2020 high school graduate that has verbally committed to Oklahoma, 6-1, 5-7, 10-8.
Both Cowboys will compete in the third round of the qualifying draw on Tuesday. Scaglia will play at 10:00 a.m. (CST) against Trent Bryde of Georgia, while Dominik Kellovsky will go up against Murkel Dellien of Wichita State.
