Braxtin Miller Earns Big 12 Player of the Week Honors

IRVING, Texas — Oklahoma State's Braxtin Miller has been named the Big 12 Player of the Week it was announced today by the league office.
In OSU's three games, Miller averaged 24.7 points, 5.7 rebounds 5.3 assists and 2.0 steals. She shot 42.6 percent from the floor, hitting 23 of her 54 shot attempts, and connected on 21 of her 28 (75 percent) free-throw attempts as well.
At Wichita State on Tuesday night, Miller recorded the first 30-point outing of her career, finishing with 30 points, three assists, three steals and three rebounds in the win over the Shockers.
In the Cowgirls' victory over Texas State on Friday evening, Miller scored 15 points while pulling a career-best nine rebounds and matching her career best with eight assists. She also had a pair of steals.
The Dayton, Ohio native closed the week with a 29-point effort against No. 11 Tennessee on Sunday. She also dished out a game-high five assists to go with five rebounds and a steal against the Lady Vols.
