Vocel Advances to Norman Open Singles Championship

NORMAN, Okla. – Oklahoma State sophomore Matej Vocel defeated his tournament doubles partner, Dominik Kellovsky (Czech Republic), 6-4, 7-6(5), in the Norman Open semifinal Saturday at the Headington Tennis Center.
Vocel will face the Netherlands' Gijs Brouwer in the championship match on Sunday at 10 a.m.
Also Saturday, Kellovsky and Vocel fell in the tournament doubles final, 6-3, 2-6, 10-5, to Brouwer and Justin Butsch (USA).
