Cowboy Basketball: Welcome Keylan Boone

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton and the Cowboy coaching staff have signed one of the top recruiting classes in school history, which is currently ranked 15th or better by Scout, 247Sports and ESPN.
The Boone Twins out of Tulsa Memorial High School got everything started with their early commitment to Boynton and the Cowboy coaching staff, and Keylan is anxious to prove himself in Stillwater.
Keylan Boone – 6-7, 190, F, Tulsa, Okla. (Memorial High School)
• 247Sports.com named Keylan a three-star recruit and the nation's No. 46 wing. He is regarded as one of the state's top three prospects by several publications.
• Named to the 2018 Tulsa World All-State team after a breakout junior season.
• Averaged 15.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 steals as a junior at Memorial.
• Selected as the Tulsa World's co-MVP of the 5A state tournament with twin brother Kalib, and was named to The Oklahoman's All-Tournament team.
• Helped lead the Chargers to a 27-2 record and their second consecutive Class 5A state title.
• Showed his range in 2017-18 with a 42 percent clip from 3-point for Memorial High.
• Shot 56 percent from the field and 82 percent from the free throw line as a junior.
