Matej Vocel Advances to F28B Round of 16

WACO, Texas – Oklahoma State sophomore Matej Vocel won his first match at the USA Futures F28B tournament after Sven Lah (Slovenia) retired when Vocel was up, 4-2, Tuesday at the Waco Regional Tennis & Fitness club.
In doubles action, Julian Bradley of Ireland and Jack Findel-Hawkins of Great Britain defeated Vocel and Stephan Gerritsen from the Netherlands, 4-6, 6-4, 10-5.
Vocel will be back in action in singles play on Wednesday against Evan Zhu (USA) in the round of 16.
