STILLWATER – Toughness, discipline and respect.
In short, that's what Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy means when he talks about the Cowboy Culture, but there's much more to it.
"It starts from the first day they come in here," Gundy said. "It doesn't matter who you are, what you do or where you came from – everyone is the same. We're going to work our butts off because we have one common goal, and that goal is to graduate, turn into productive members of society and to win as many ballgames as we can."
