STILLWATER – Oklahoma State tennis' Julian Cash and Arjun Kadhe will look to cap off an impressive season this week, as the pair of Cowboys will compete in the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships, which begin on Wednesday, May 24, in Athens, Georgia.
Cash and Kadhe, a top-eight seed in this year's doubles championship, have compiled 29 wins as a duo this season, with 13 of their triumphs coming against ranked opponents. This year's event will mark the fourth appearance in the doubles tournament for Kadhe and the third for Cash, respectively. The All-American tandem will face Southern California's No. 14-ranked Brandon Holt and Riley Smith in the first round on Thursday. The time for the match is expected to be announced later in the week.
Cash will also take part in the NCAA Singles Championship for the second-straight year, as he is set to square off with Virginia's No. 14-ranked Thai-Son Kwiatkowski in Wednesday's first round at 3:30 p.m. CT. The Englishman has compiled 18 singles wins this season, with 13 of those coming at the No. 1 spot this spring. Nine of the right-hander's wins have come against ranked competition, including three against top-25 foes.
