Loryn Goodwin Earns Big 12 Weekly Honor

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's Loryn Goodwin earned the first weekly honor of her career from the Big 12 Conference on Monday, picking up co-player of the week honors it was announced by the league office.
Goodwin shared the Week 4 distinction with Iowa State's Bridget Carleton.
A graduate transfer from Cypress, Texas, Goodwin scored 13 points in OSU's midweek win over Southern. She also recorded game highs with six assists and five steals to go with seven rebounds against the Jaguars.
Goodwin capped her week with a 35-point outing in OSU's 79-76 loss at No. 6/3 Mississippi State on Sunday afternoon. Her point total was a game high and was the most by a Cowgirl since Brittney Martin's 35-point outing at Missouri State in 2015. Additionally, she grabbed a team-best 10 rebounds in the contest to log her second double-double this season.
The 5-9 guard also recorded three assists and a game-high four steals in 40 minutes of action.
