Former Cowboy Wins Vietnam F3 Futures

STILLWATER – Former Cowboy Arjun Kadhe defeated the University of Oklahoma's former No. 1 player Andrew Harris in the finals of the Vietnam F3 Futures to capture the singles title, 7-5, 6-3.
Kadhe began in the main draw round of 32 where he defeated Artem Vu of Vietnam, 6-1, 6-4. He then moved on to the round of 16 where he beat Arata Onozawa 7-5, 6-2.
Quarterfinals brought on Kadhe's next opponent, Nam Hoang Ly of Vietnam. Kadhe defeated him in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5. Kadhe then breezed through semifinals defeating Issei Okamura of Japan, 6-1, 6-1.
Kadhe has found success in his first year away from Stillwater. He has reached the finals in four futures tournaments he's played in since August 2017. He is also currently ranked No. 758 in singles and No. 975 in doubles.
Kadhe was a key part of the 2016-17 Cowboy tennis team and earned multiple All-American honors.
