McCrary's 68 Paces Cowgirl Golf Second-Round Rebound

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Led by a dominant round from Maddie McCrary, the No. 6 Oklahoma State women's golf team put up an impressive second round at the Landfall Tradition, posting a 2-under par 288 to move themselves into fifth with 18 holes to play.
At 4-over par overall, the Cowgirls are one four top-10 squads currently occupying the top five positions on the leaderboard. No. 4 Duke leads the field at 14-under, while Virginia's Beth Lillie and Duke's Ana Belac lead all individuals at 9-under.
McCrary, a senior, knocked in five birdies in carding a 4-under par 68, which moved her into a tie for ninth place. McCrary was three strokes shy from tying her career low round.
Fellow senior Kenzie Neisen finished the day 1-under 71, and is sitting in a tie for 11th after 36 holes.
OSU freshman Stephanie Astrup completed her second round 1-over par, while Chih-Min Chen came in right behind her at 2-over par. Senior Emma Broze posted three birdies and finished 3-over on the day.
