Cowboys Check In At No. 12

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's men's tennis squad checks in at No. 12 in the latest Oracle/ITA Rankings, which were released on Tuesday.
This is the eighth-consecutive week the Pokes have been inside the top 15. OSU was ranked as high as No. 5 three times during that stretch.
The Cowboys are coming off their first road loss of the season last Friday against No. 18 Tulsa at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. After dropping the doubles point, the Pokes couldn't bounce back in singles as they fell to the Golden Hurricane, 4-1.
A new singles poll was also released on Tuesday as All-American Julian Cash jumped three spots to No. 45 with his doubles partner and two-time All-American Arjun Kadhe remaining at No. 121.
In the doubles rankings, Kadhe/Cash continue their historic run as they moved up two spots to No. 7, which marks the 13th-straight week the All-American duo has been inside the top 10. Pokes Lucas Gerch/Temur Ismailov catapulted 10 spots to No. 61.
Five of six teams in the Big 12 hold a spot in the top 20, with four of them (TCU, Texas Tech, Oklahoma & OSU) sitting in the top 15.
Big 12 play begins this week for the Cowboys as they head to the Lone Star State for a pair of matches. OSU will take on No. 17 Texas at 6 p.m. CT on Friday, followed with a match against No. 2 TCU on Sunday at 1 p.m. CT.
