Cash Gets Second Big 12 Player of the Week Honor

IRVING, Texas – Oklahoma State's Julian Cash received Big 12 Player of the Week honors for the second time this season, the league announced on Thursday.
The All-American is coming off an impressive upset win against No. 7-ranked singles player Andre Goransson of California. Cash helped lead the Cowboys to a 4-3 victory against No. 18 California with a straight-set win over Goransson, 6-4, 6-3.
Also, the sophomore and his doubles partner Arjun Kadhe won the Pacific Coast Doubles Championship last weekend as well. The All-American tandem won seven doubles matches in three days to claim the title at the historic tournament.
Cash previously received the weekly honor in January and makes it the third time this season a Cowboy has been named Big 12 Player of the Week.
The Pokes will look to keep their historic season going as they host Iowa at 10:00 a.m. and Lamar at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Greenwood Tennis Center.
