Cash/Kadhe Become Big Part Of Cowboy Tennis History

STILLWATER -- Oklahoma State's All-American doubles duo Arjun Kadhe and Julian Cash are ranked as the No. 5 doubles team in the nation by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Wednesday.

With the top-five ranking, Kadhe/Cash are the third-highest ranked tandem in Cowboy Tennis history at No. 5. The highest ranked Cowboy duo ever was Kadhe and former Poke Jakob Sude who checked in at No. 3 back in September 2014.

Oklahoma State's Kadhe/Cash weren't the only Cowboy duo in the ITA Doubles Rankings as Pokes Temur Ismailov and Lucas Gerch find themselves at No. 48. Ismailov/Gerch earn the ranking in doubles after a hot start to the year with seven victories already, including a win against the No. 32-ranked duo.

In singles, the All-American Cash jumped up nine spots to No. 59. Cash is the highest-ranked singles player since Sude moved up 48 spots to No. 39 in April 2015.

Also ranked in singles for the Pokes is Philippines native Jurence Mendoza at No. 93 and Kadhe who moved up one spot to No. 111.
