Cowboys Compete On Day Two Of Cajun Classic

LAFAYETTE, La. – Oklahoma State's Arjun Kadhe/Julian Cash fell to LSU's Simon Freund/Justin Butsch, 1-6, 6-2, 1-0(5), in the quarterfinals on Friday at the Cajun Classic.
No. 14 Kadhe/Cash come out of the gate firing, as they made quick work of Vlad Kramarov/Michael Kritzinger of Louisiana Lafayette, 6-2, 6-1, respectively.
In the quarterfinals, the All-Americans took the first set handedly, but couldn't keep their mojo going as they dropped the second set and lost the match tiebreak to LSU's Freund/Butsch.
In singles play, Kadhe battled with Southern California's Nick Crystal in the quarterfinals, but couldn't beat the Trojan as he fell in three sets, 1-6, 6-1, 7-6.
Cash faced Geraldo Lopez of TCU and grinded out a victory in the quarterfinals, 7-6, 6-4. The sophomore will look to continue his success in the consolation bracket, as he faces Arthur Libaud of Louisiana Lafayette tomorrow at 9 a.m.
