Sager, Stuen Earn NABC Academic Honor Court Recognition

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State basketball student-athletes Christien Sager and Ford Stuen were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) 2014-15 Honors Court for their excellence in the classroom.
Sager and Stuen were among the record 1,000 juniors and seniors from more than 350 schools to earn recognition from the NABC for maintaining at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA. Student-athletes from all divisions of the NCAA and NAIA were eligible for the award.
Sager, who was a three-time first-team Academic All-Big 12 selection, graduated from OSU in the spring with a degree in electrical engineering, and has accepted a position with ExxonMobil in Houston, Texas. On the court, he was a veteran of 79 games over four seasons with OSU.
Stuen is a marketing major, and will begin his senior season with the Cowboy basketball program this fall. He has 23 career appearances in a Cowboy uniform, and is a 54.5 percent shooter from the floor over his three seasons in Stillwater.
Stuen and the rest of the Cowboys will begin the 2015-16 season at Gallagher-Iba Arena on Nov. 13 against UT Martin.
