Babic, Lushkova Named ITA Scholar Athletes

STILLWATER, Okla. – Two-time All-American Viktoriya Lushkova and freshman standout Vladica Babic were named 2015 Scholar Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
This is the first career honor for both Babic and Lushkova. They are the first Cowgirls to be recognized since 2012. Earlier this year, Lushkova was also named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team.
In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
