Cowgirls to Meet Baylor In Big 12 Semifinals

· For the third consecutive season, Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will face the Baylor Lady Bears in the semifinal round of the Big 12 Championship. Tip is set for 1:30 p.m. Sunday inside the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Fox Sports 1 will televise the contest.
· OSU advanced to the semifinals after defeating Iowa State on Saturday for the second consecutive season at the event. The win moved the Cowgirls to 14-18 all time in the tournament.
· Liz Donohoe is slated to start her 132nd game in a Cowgirl uniform, which would tie her with Tiffany Bias for the most starts in school history.
· Donohoe's 132 career games played would also put her one shy of tying Bias for the most in school history.
· The Cowgirls are 1-4 all time in Big 12 Championship semifinal contests. Their lone win came in 2008.
· Roddricka Patton has 59 assists over the past nine games after tallying 22 in her previous 21 games.
Know The Foe
· The Cowgirls will be looking to snap a 13-game losing streak against the Lady Bears.
· OSU's last win in the series came on Jan. 9, 2010 in Stillwater.
· The Lady Bears defeated OSU, 77-69, two years ago in the semifinal round in Dallas before posting a 65-61 win last year in Oklahoma City.
· The Cowgirls are 0-3 against Baylor all time at the Big 12 Championship with a loss in 2009 as well.
Last Time Out
· The Cowgirls ran their winning streak against Iowa State to four in a row and won three games against the Cyclones in a season for the first time since 1996.
· The victory was No. 20 on the year for OSU, marking the first time in program history the Cowgirls have notched four consecutive 20-win seasons.
· The win was also OSU's 89th over the past four years, marking the winningest four-year stretch in program history and surpassing the Cowgirls' 88 victories from 2007-10.
· Roddricka Patton finished with a career-high seven steals. Her total tied four players, including teammate Brittney Martin, for the second-highest total in a Big 12 Championship game.
· Roshunda Johnson logged her third 20-point game of the season and her first since scoring a career-high 22 points against New Orleans on Dec. 15.
