• The Cowgirls will open play at the Big 12 Championship on Saturday at 11 a.m. when they take on Iowa State in Dallas at the American Airlines Center.
• The contest marks the second year in a row the fourth-seeded Cowgirls and No. 5 Cyclones have faced off in the second round.
• OSU is 2-1 against Iowa State all time at the Big 12 Championship.
• Brittney Martin has recorded double-doubles in her last two games at the Big 12 Championship and her 18 steals all time at the event are a program best.
