Sager Earns Academic All-District Recognition

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State men's basketball player Christien Sager earned a spot on the 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-District team and is now eligible for Academic All-America consideration, it was announced today. This is the second straight season that Sager has earned Academic All-District honors.
The defensive-minded senior from Wichita Falls, Texas, owns a perfect 4.0 grade point average majoring in electrical engineering. He earned Senior of Significance honors at OSU, which is given to 50 seniors total (not just student-athletes) and is a three-time President's Honor Roll selection. Twice in his career has Sager secured a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 first team.
Sager has served as a tutor for other OSU student-athletes since June of 2013 and volunteered with Coaches vs. Cancer, Habitat for Humanity and numerous other worthwhile organizations during his time at Oklahoma State.
