Cowgirls Back In Action In New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Oklahoma State's women's golf team will resume its spring slate on Sunday when it begins play at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate at English Turn Golf and Country Club.
This year's event features a 15-team field and will consist of 54 holes over three days at the par-72, 6,189-yard layout. Play on Sunday and Monday is set to get underway at 9 a.m. with Tuesday's final round slated to begin at 8 a.m. The Cowgirls will get their first round underway at 9:45 tomorrow and will be grouped with Arizona and Vanderbilt.
OSU's starting five will consist of sophomores Isabella Deilert and Linnea Johansson as well as freshmen Maddie McCrary, Kenzie Neisen and Alexis Sadeghy.
The Cowgirls opened their spring schedule earlier this month in California, finishing fourth at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge. Johansson notched a top-10 finishing in the individual race, tying for sixth place.
