STILLWATER - The Oklahoma State men's basketball team moved to 17-8 overall on the year and 7-6 in Big 12 Conference play after scoring an impressive road win at No. 16 Baylor and then losing a 70-55 decision at TCU last week.
Though the Cowboys lost at TCU, that game capped a strong four-game stretch for OSU in which the Cowboys won two road games against ranked opponents and toppled a top-10 squad at home.
Oklahoma State's win over Baylor...
► Marked its fourth in the last six meetings with Baylor and its first in Waco since a 66-48 victory in 2006.
► Gave the Cowboys their first regular-season sweep of the Bears since 2006.
► Was its fifth over an opponent ranked in the top 25 of the Associated Press poll this season. The Cowboys previously beat No. 8 Kansas, No. 10 Texas and No. 20 Baylor in Stillwater and went on the road to top the No. 25 Longhorns in Austin.
► Marked just the third time in school history that the Cowboys have beaten opponents ranked in the top 25 of the Associated Press poll in three consecutive games. The previous two times came during NCAA Tournament runs to the 1995 and 2004 Final Fours, respectively. It has never happened for OSU in three consecutive regular season games.
► Marked the fourth time in school history and the first time since 2003-04 that OSU has beaten at least five teams ranked in the Associated Press top 25 in the same season. The Cowboys beat five ranked teams in 1950-51, seven in 1991-92, eight in 1994-95 and nine in 2003-04.
► Marked the Cowboys' sixth over a team with an RPI in the top 50 and their ninth over a team with an RPI in the top 100 this season.

Noting the TCU game
► The loss snapped OSU's three-game winning streak and moved the Cowboys to 12-3 against unranked opponents this season.
► Oklahoma State suffered through a 4:24 scoring drought in the second half. During that time, TCU went on a 10-0 run to turn a 37-32 deficit into a 42-37 lead with 13:37 remaining. The Cowboys were not able to put together any kind of sustained run from that point, then TCU pulled away in the final four minutes of the contest to seal its win.
Key stat from the game against TCU
► TCU converted on 16 of its 26 field goal attempts in the second half (.615 pct.) and turnovers doomed the Cowboys, who committed 17 in the game - their second-highest total of the season.
