After GIA: Moses Tearing It Up In Turkey

STILLWATER - Several Oklahoma State basketball players have continued their success from inside Gallagaher-Iba Arena to courts across the world.
Whether they're in the NBA, overseas in Poland, 14 former Cowboys are enjoying success in professional basketball.
Here's what a few have done recently in the NBA and D-League regular seasons and various overseas leagues. Check back with okstate.com throughout the season every Thursday for more weekly updates on your favorite former Oklahoma State Cowboys.
• Marshall Moses
Remember when Marshall Moses averaged 14 points and seven rebounds during his All-Big 12 senior season in 2011 at Oklahoma State? Well, he is still as dominate these days in Turkey for Eskisehir Basketball. Through six games, Moses has averaged team-high 10 rebounds and 16 points in a starting role for the team. Moses and Eskisehir return to action on November 13 against Meliksah.
• Tony Allen
Coaches love consistency, and few are more consistent than Tony Allen. In four games this past week for the Memphis Grizzlies, Allen had six total steals and continued to be a consistent defensive problem for opponents. In eight games this season, Allen is averaging five points, four rebounds and close to two steals in 22 minutes of action. Allen and the Grizzlies return to action on November 13 when they take on the Portland Trail Blazers.
• Marcus Smart
After missing the previous three games with a left toe injury, Marcus Smart returned to the court last night against the Indiana Pacers. Smart came off the bench to add eight points, two assists and a steal in 21 minutes of action in the 102-91 loss. Smart and the Celtics return to action on November 13 when they take on the Atlanta Hawks.
• Michael Cobbins
Former two-time All-Big 12 defensive team honoree Michael Cobbins will make his professional basketball debut this Saturday against the Austin Spurs. Cobbins signed with the Oklahoma City Thunder's affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue, in late October. Cobbins is expected to be the defensive anchor for the young Blue. Fans can watch the game for free on the OKC Blue's YouTube page. All OKC Blue games will be available for free on the team's channel.Â
