Cash And Kadhe Compete In Doubles Main Draw

TULSA – Oklahoma State doubles duo Julian Cash/Arjun Kadhe started play in the doubles main draw on Thursday at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The All-American duo had a matchup with SMU's Nate Lammons/Arkadijs Slobodkins in the first round, as they looked to make an appearance in the Sweet 16.
The Cowboys started the match with a message by taking the first game, but the Mustangs would end up taking the first set, 6-2.
In the second set, Cash/Kadhe won two of the first three games and the No. 14-ranked duo was primed for a comeback. Unfortunately, Lammons/Slobodkins wouldn't let the positive momentum last for the Cowboy duo, as they took the set and the match, 6-2, 6-4, respectively.
Cash/Kadhe will continue play tomorrow in the doubles consolation bracket.
The Cowboys next tournament this fall season is the ITA Central Regional, which will be hosted by the University of Arkansas and take place on Oct. 15-19.
