Cash And Kadhe Dominate In Quarterfinals

TULSA – Oklahoma State doubles duo Julian Cash/Arjun Kadhe won their quarterfinals match on Saturday at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
After an impressive victory against Valparaiso's Charlie Emhardt/Jeffery Schorsch in the first round of the back draw, the No. 14-ranked duo faced South Florida's Roberto Cid/Justin Roberts in the quarterfinals today.
The Cowboy tandem didn't need much time to get going, as they jumped out of the gate firing by taking the first set, 6-3. The second set wouldn't be much different for the All-Americans, as they shutout Cid/Roberts in the set to make quick work of the No. 20-ranked duo, 6-3, 6-0, respectively.
"Arjun and Julian have played better each match by keeping it simple and executing well," coach Jay Udwadia said. "We are looking forward to competing hard again tomorrow."
The victory puts Cash/Kadhe in the semifinals of the back draw, where they will face California's Andre Goransson/Florian Lakat or Skander Mansouri/Christian Seraphim of Wake Forest tomorrow.
