TEEMCO Bedlam Series
Oklahoma State and Oklahoma compete yearly in the TEEMCO Bedlam Series, an all-sports competition between the two schools, which are separated by only 80 miles along Interstate 35. The TEEMCO Bedlam Series champion is decided by wins and losses in head to head competition. In sports where there is no head to head matchup, the Big 12 Championship final standings are used. Oklahoma State won last year's TEEMCO Bedlam Series, 17-14. The Pokes lead this year's TEEMCO Bedlam Series, 5-3, with wins in football, soccer, men's cross country, women's cross country and wrestling.
Oklahoma State From a Distance
Fresh off an impressive 64-53 win over No. 20/19 Baylor on Tuesday - its second win over ranked opponent this year - Oklahoma State is undefeated at home in conference play with wins over No. 10 Texas, the 20th-ranked Bears, Kansas State and Texas Tech. The Cowboys own three wins over teams with RPIs currently in the top 50 and five wins over teams with RPIs currently in the top 100.
The Cowboys are led in the scoring column by Phil Forte (17.4 points per game) and Le'Bryan Nash (17.1 points per game), but get big contributions from Michael Cobbins (6.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 5.0 blocked shots per game in his last two home games) and Anthony Hickey (a career 1,000-point scorer who is coming off an eight-point, 10-assist game in OSU's win over Baylor), as well.
OSU is tough to beat in Gallagher-Iba Arena, where the Pokes are 10-1 this year and winning by an average of 18.8 points per game. When playing at home, the Pokes shoot .472 pct. from the field and .377 from three-point range - substantially better than the .377 pct. shooting from the field and .276 pct. shooting from beyond the arc marks that OSU has posted on the road. Additionally, the Cowboys are a much better rebounding team in Gallagher-Iba Arena, owning a +5.7 margin over opponents on the glass as compared to the -7.6 margin they have on the road.
Oklahoma State is a formidable defensive team. The Cowboys rank in the top 50 nationally in many of the prominent defensive statistical categories and are a top-35 team nationally in steals, scoring defense, field goal percentage defense and blocked shots.
Oklahoma From a Distance
Fresh off a record-setting 81-36 win over Texas Tech in Norman on Wednesday, Oklahoma is 13-7 overall and 4-4 in Big 12 play. The Sooners have lost four of their last six and are 1-3 on the road in conference games, but own Big 12 wins over Baylor, Oklahoma State and Texas.
Rebounding and defense are strong points for OU, who ranks fourth nationally with 28.4 defensive rebounds per game and is 10th nationally in field goal percentage defense by holding opponents to .373 pct. shooting from the field.
Buddy Hield leads the Big 12 with 17.7 points per game and 2.8 three-point field goals made per game, Ryan Spangler is second in the league with 8.0 rebounds per contest and Jordan Woodard is third in the league with 90 assists. Other key contributors include Isaiah Cousins, who averages 12.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game; TaShawn Thomas, who averages 10.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game and Frank Booker, who provides a boost off the bench.

► Improve OSU to 93-15 in Gallagher-Iba Arena under Travis Ford.
► Keep the Cowboys' record perfect at home against Big 12 opposition this year. OSU owns wins over Baylor, Texas, Kansas State and Texas Tech in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
