Third Round at SMU Invitational Canceled

DALLAS, Texas - The third round of the Dallas Athletic Club/SMU Invitational was scratched 45 minutes into the round on Sunday morning due to lightning in the Dallas area. Through 36 holes, Oklahoma State's women's golf team stood in sixth place with a 606 total at Dallas Athletic Club.
After an hour delay prior to the first tee shot of the day due to lightning, players got up to three holes in, before the horn sounded again to halt play.
Baylor finished atop the team standings at 591, while North Carolina's Elizabeth Mallett was the top individual at 3-under 141.
The Cowgirls will be back in action on April 25 when they begin play at the Big 12 Championship in Austin, Texas.
