Oklahoma State's Cowboy Basketball team went to Tulsa Wednesday afternoon to visit children at the St. Francis Children's Hospital. The players and several staff members spend about 1-1/2 hours traveling room-to-room, handing out gifts and visiting with the children and their families.
Coach Travis Ford, who is an active member in the Coaches vs. Cancer campaign, planned the visit. Once at St. Francis, the players split up into two groups, some visiting the oncology floor while others spent time in the intensive care unit.
Cowboy fans can join the 3-Point Attack team at OSU by calling the American Cancer Society at (800) 733-9888 or by visiting Coach Ford's CvC website.
