Cowgirls Announce 2013-14 Schedule

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's women's golf team released its schedule for the upcoming season today.
The Cowgirls' slate for the 2013-14 campaign, its first under head coach Courtney Jones, will feature three events with the potential for a fourth in the state of Oklahoma.
OSU will open the year an hour east of Stillwater in Tulsa on Sept. 9 at the Dale McNamara Invitational at Tulsa Country Club. After a trip to Chicago for the Windy City Invitational, the Cowgirls will travel to Norman, Okla., to take part in the Schooner Fall Classic.
The fall will conclude in October when the Cowgirls look to defend their title at the Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, N.C.
The spring portion of the schedule will get underway on Feb. 9 in California at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge before a trip to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl Invitational. The month of March will include a return trip to California for the Bruin Wave Invitational.
OSU will look to defend a pair of titles in April with starts at the SMU Invitational and the Big 12 Championship.
On May 8-10, the Cowgirls will serve as host to NCAA Regional action at Karsten Creek with hopes of advancing to the NCAA Championship in Tulsa. The season's crowning event will be held May 20-23 at Tulsa Country Club.
