With its victory over DePaul, Oklahoma State now holds an 8-10 all-time record in the NCAA tournament.
The Cowgirls have now won their last three first-round NCAA games.
The win was OSU's 22^nd of the year and tied for the fifth-best total in school history.
OSU is now 3-0 all time against DePaul with two of those victories coming in NCAA tournament action.
The Cowgirls got off to strong start early, setting the tone of the game with a 7-0 run with buckets from Toni Young, Kendra Suttles, and Liz Donohoe.
Toni Young reached double digits in scoring only six minutes into the game.
Oklahoma State held a 42-31 lead at halftime. The Cowgirls shot 55.6 percent from the floor in the half, their highest percentage since shooting 62.1 percent in the second half against Kansas State on Feb. 16.
In the first half, Toni Young recorded 20 points on 10-of-13 shooting and seven rebounds. Young finished the game with 25 points and 13 rebounds for her third consecutive double-double.
Toni Young logged her 37th career double-double, which ties her with Lisa McGill for second on Oklahoma State's all-time list.
Kendra Suttles recorded a double-double as well. It was her second double-double of the year.
Suttles finished the contest with a career-high 13 rebounds.
After DePaul cut the Cowgirl lead to one in the second half, Oklahoma State rattled off a 15-2 run to rebuild their lead.
The Cowgirls held the Blue Demons to 25 percent shooting from the field. It was the fifth time this season that the Cowgirls held their opponent under 30 percent.
