What 2 Watch 4
For the first time since 2010, Oklahoma State will be in the field at the NCAA Championship.
The Cowgirls will enter the event as the No. 7 seed in the Norfolk Region and will face No. 10 seed DePaul (21-11) Sunday at 1:30 p.m. (CST).
The winner will advance to face the winner of the Duke-Hampton matchup on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The berth extended OSU's school-record string of consecutive postseason appearances to seven.
The contest will be televised by ESPN2 with Joe Davis and Deb Antonelli handling the call.
A win would give OSU 22 on the year and tie last year's total for the fifth best in school history.
Toni Young is one double-double shy of moving into second place on the school's all-time list.
Young will be playing in her 131st career contest, which will tie Andrea Riley's school record.
Tiffany Bias has played 40 minutes in nine of the last 10 games and has played 557 of a possible 560 minutes over OSU's last 14 games.
NCAA Experience
Seniors Toni Young and Lindsey Keller are the only players on the roster with NCAA Tournament experience. Young posted a 22-point effort in OSU's win over Chattanooga and followed with eight points and 11 rebounds against Georgia. Keller averaged 17 minutes of floor time during those two games.
Know The Foe
DePaul is making its 11th consecutive NCAA appearance and has advanced to the second round each of the past two seasons.
The Blue Demons are led by first-team All-Big East pick Brittany Hrynko (14.8 ppg).
Katherine Harry (10.5 rpg) and Anna Martin (15.7 ppg) were named second-team all-league picks.
OSU owns a 2-0 advantage in the all-time series.
The first meeting came on Nov. 29, 1983 in Chicago and resulted in an 81-72 Cowgirl win. OSU also knocked off DePaul, 81-80 in the first round of the 1991 NCAA Tournament in Stillwater.
Big 12 Tourney Leftovers
Toni Young logged two double-doubles and now has 36 for her career.
Young was named to the all-tournament team, making her the fifth Cowgirl to receive the honor.
Young pulled 18 rebounds against Texas Tech,
tying for the eighth-best total in tourney history.
Brittney Martin logged a career-high seven steals against Texas Tech, tying for the second-highest single-game total in tournament history.
All-Region Honors
On March 19, Toni Young was named a WBCA All-Region 5 selection, making her the first Cowgirl to receive the honor since Andrea Riley in 2010.
