Toni Young Earns All-Region Honors

ATLANTA - Oklahoma State's Toni Young was one of seven players named to the Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-Region 5 squad it was announced today.
Young was one of 52 players to receive all-region distinction. A selection committee will choose its 10-member WBCA Division I Coaches' All-America Team from the all-region honorees.
The senior forward currently ranks fourth in the Big 12 with her 15.9 points per game and is the league's leading rebounder at 10.1 boards per game.
Young also ranks fourth with her 1.9 blocks per game and is second in the league with her 15 double-doubles.
A first-team All-Big 12 pick, Young is the first Cowgirl to earn all-region honors since Andrea Riley in 2010.
