Tiffany Bias Named Big 12 Player of the Week

IRVING, Texas - Oklahoma State's Tiffany Bias has been named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week, as chosen by a media panel, it was announced today by the league office.
Bias directed the Cowgirls to victories over Michigan State and Georgia Tech this past week at the Puerto Rico Classic. In the two wins, she averaged 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.0 steals per contest.
Against the Spartans, Bias scored 13 points, dished out four assists, pulled five rebounds, tallied one block and a steal. The senior point guard made all four of her free-throw attempts in the final 29 seconds to seal the victory.
Bias followed with a 15-point effort against the Yellow Jackets. The Andover, Kan., native also had three rebounds, seven assists and three steals. She scored six points in the final 2:32 and made all four of her free-throw attempts down the stretch to help the Cowgirls remain perfect.
OSU is now 10-0 on the year and one of just seven undefeated teams remaining in the country.
