Game Information
Oklahoma State will spend the next week in the state of Florida as the Cowboys first travel to Tampa, Fla., for a Monday night game against South Florida. Tipoff is set for 6 pm CT in the Sun Dome, and the game will be televised on ESPNews. OSU will then travel to Orlando after the game and prepare for the Old Spice Classic, played at the HP Field House on the DisneyWorld campus. The Cowboys' first game will be Thursday, Nov. 28, at 11 am CT against Purdue.
About Oklahoma State
Seventh-ranked Oklahoma State is 4-0 this season following a 101-80 victory over No. 11 Memphis on Tuesday night. The Cowboys are averaging 102 points per game this season with five players averaging double figures. Marcus Smart leads the scoring attack with 20 ppg, second in the Big 12 Conference. Stevie Clark leads the team with 20 assists (3rd most in Big 12), while Le'Bryan Nash has the most rebounds of any Cowboy with 29.
As a team, OSU is shooting 52.2% from the floor and is 46-of-101 from long range, good for 45.5 percent. The Cowboys have been dominant through four games, outscoring their opponents by an average of nearly 41 points per game. They also have a +9.3 rebounding margin and a +7.5 turnover margin.
About USF
USF is 4-0 so far this season following a 72-63 win over Stetson on Friday night. The Bulls are led by junior guard Corey Allen is averaging 16.5 ppg and is also leading the team with 21 assists. Senior forward Victor Rudd is also averaging double figures at 15 points per game and is 24-of-27 (88.9%) from the free-throw line.
As a team, USF is shooting 48.3 percent from the floor, including 34 percent (18 of 53) from beyond the arc. The Bulls scored 91 points against Bethune-Cookman, and are averaging 14.8 more ppg than their opponents. USF has 27 blocked shots, led by John Egbunu's 10. Allen and Martino Brock lead the team with 10 steals. The Bulls are coached by Stan Heath, in his seventh season at the helm of USF. He is 89-110 in Tampa.
Last Meeting with the Bulls
Last year's meeting in Stillwater between OSU and USF was the first time these two teams have met on the hardwood. The Cowboys came away with a 12-point win thanks to 15 points by Marcus Smart. Markel Brown added 13 for OSU, but it was the Cowboys' defense that won the game.
The Bulls shots just 34 percent from the floor, including 5 of 20 (25 percent) from beyond the arc. Oklahoma State also outrebounded USF 41-28, thanks to a 14-rebound effort from senior Philip Jurick. Included in that total was six of OSU's 14 offensive boards, which led to a 19-7 edge in second-chance points for the Cowboys.
Smart also had five assists and four steals in the game.

Oklahoma State is 47-23 all-time against current members of the American Athletic Conference, which is in its first season as a league.

Up Next for the Cowboys

OSU will return home and host South Carolina in the Big 12/SEC Challenge on Friday, Dec. 6, at 8:30 pm inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. That game will be televised on ESPNU.
